DAN MERRITT'S SMEAR CAMPAIGN BEGINS
EMIT's Members will be receiving lots of hate and smear emails, lies and false accusations about me from former Presiding Council "Chairman" Daniel Merritt. I can take the flak and all the accusations. I will not dignify his insanely outrageous lies - for which he was sacked - with responses. "Falsehood and lies are invariably the child of fear in one form or another," as Aleister Crowley (1875-1947) remarked. I have too much work to do to spend a minute of my precious time responding to this unrepentant man. My record is there for all to check, verify, recheck and crosscheck.
My real concern is whether Merritt is able to convince you with doubt, unfounded fear, uncertainty, and silly statistics. PLEASE ignore him. You don't need the aggravation. He has brought up frivolous claims and charges against me locally, and even overseas, which were quickly debunked, dissipated, and dismissed since my associates know me better having had transacted business with them for over twenty years.
Next, Merritt has threatened and promised actions by law enforcement authorities - as if he controls their activities - to come after me, which by implications also means to come after you too for joining forces with EMIT and me! Rest assured we have done nothing illegal or wrong. If the storm comes, the house built on rock will stand and not wither and be destroyed. I believe most of you who know me, know me well enough to know that I mean what I say and say what I mean. FEAR is not an option for me.
I have spent years on the trail of experience and exposure in the pursuit of knowledge and applied wisdom to realize that the Merritts and Rosettas of this world will always be there to harass, aggravate, and annoy us. My extensive career as a pilot, a SAG/AFTRA union actor, lawyer, and judge has witnessed all kinds of people and situations in Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. I have become almost immune to harassment and false accusations. There are lots of people out there who hate me because of what I do. That will never stop me from doing what I do best - helping others. The fact that I am a union actor was used dramatically by one Presiding Council Member to evidence my "crooked and evil ways." "See he is an actor, he knows how to smooth talk you."
Recently, a woman from the Southern Cherokee Nation (SCN) wrote to me, and cursed me profusely, no thanks to Merritt's instigations. I found out from the SCN that this is the woman to whom Merritt had given a one-time $150.00 gift for food coupons from the 20% donations EMIT supposedly remitted each month to the SCN. Little did she know that it was my generosity that put the food on her table when she needed it.
Let me explain why I say it is my generosity - It was my decision to offer 20% of the monthly Legal Defense Fund meant for my legal team to the SCN because they needed the money. They have needed help since they were forced out of their homes and lands and deluded into taking the Trail of Tears in the 1830s. I wanted to extend some financial assistance to them.
That is what caused all this fracas with Merritt that led to his sacking from the Presiding Council. I did not ever contemplate, or anticipate, a situation to manifest itself where my generosity could backfire with this much hate, lies and viciousness!
For those of you who are convinced that Merritt can take you and your assets to the capital markets, PLEASE feel free to go ahead with him. Merritt has even got a campaign going where he says there are only four such Multipliers in the capital markets realm. Does he know them? Can he pick up the telephone and chat with them? Does he have their telephone numbers? Why did he stick with me then when I walked away from Rosetta's TOTAJ?
The closest Merritt got to coming into contact with the Multipliers was through me. I have formally informed them as to what transpired. Merritt has no standing locally or overseas. It is shut out time for him. If he thinks he can go behind my back and try something, he will NOT be entertained!
And then there is another Presiding Council member who reads a silly underground paper that reports and claims that Elvis and JFK attend some funerals and weddings when they are free. Only the photographer was able to see them. He clicked and snapped away, and presto, here are the pictures! This person actually believes that many world leaders are on a life-support system, and that their doubles are running the world! He actually showed me the newspaper once. I immediately scanned the newspaper to see if my picture was anywhere therein. This person ought to know who he is when he reads this!
The frightening thing is that this silly newspaper reader/believer plays a lead role with some EMIT Members!
For those of you who are in the AEP or EEP, you have an ecclesiastical contract with me, NOT with EMIT. As one silly uneducated person remarked, I am not even a Member of EMIT !! Therefore, if you need to know where we are with these protocols, PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL ME. Merritt has no clue as to how these protocols work. I have never trusted him, and have therefore, understandably, never revealed anything crucial to him.
Merritt, being who he is, even had the gall to insist that I send EMIT all the AEP funds. This is the same Merritt who claimed, during the Inquiry, that he contributed $50.00 to the AEP. Yes, I have sent him back his $50.00. That is all he will ever get because that is his money.
For all those of you who want your contributions to the AEP back, just email me your banking coordinates. You are sadly mistaken if you think you are pulling us back with your decision to withdraw support for the AEP which you freely, voluntarily, and willingly participated in at the beginning
The truth undergoes three phases: first, it is ridiculed; then it is violently opposed; ultimately, it accepted as self-evident.
We move forward despite all these impediments.
